CARMEN DUPONT
FOUNDER AND GUIDE
:: AIR ::
Over the past years, I have been dreaming N O U S into life as a community I wished had existed when I hit a dead end in my activism work.
Back in 2014 my frustrations with the state of the world started me on an inner journey. I was working for a big human rights organisation at the time. My colleagues were my tribe. I was an activist, 24/7. My activism was my identity, my drive, my work, my passion, my life. There was no off-button, no time to lose. After some years, my body was the first to start giving signs, before my conscious mind caught on: hyperventilation, panic attacks,…
Through a combination of circumstances, I got introduced to meditation. It helped me to slow down, to calm my mind, to see things more clearly. In the first years, I saw contemplative practice as a tool to support me in my activism work, to keep me going. By then I was working for a local collective in Lesvos (Greece), in a volatile and high-adrenaline context. I would stop practising for long periods and go back to it when I felt utterly exhausted and stuck.
But then COVID came around and forced many of us to spend more time alone, at home. The day-to-day franticness somehow subsided, also in a place like Lesvos. I went into a regular, daily practice and different pieces of the puzzle started to click. Something vital had been missing from my change work and I was finally close to putting my finger on it: “What if it’s not just about figuring out the impact we can have on the “system” (and coming up with the best possible tactics and narratives)? What if it’s also about figuring out the impact the system has on us, and how it prevents us from imagining meaningful change in the first place?”
This question sent me on a journey of deep inquiry and eventually led me to N O U S.
N O U S was co-created and born out of insights from countless conversations, meditations, protests, teachings, struggles, hikes, silent retreats, circles and poetry nights. I had many eye-opening moments along the way and I’m deeply grateful to all the teachers, guides, colleagues and comrades who brought them about.
They say that with knowledge comes responsibility. I am convinced that the inner dimension of change will be mainstream 10 years from now. It’s this knowledge that pushes me to contribute to the emergence of communities and healing infrastructure like N O U S, bridging inner and outer change.
Privilege statement: I am a white, cisgender woman who grew up in a stable, upper middle class family.

PATRYCJA ORZESZYNA
CO-CREATOR AND INTUITIVE HEALER
:: FIRE ::
I am a certified coach, intuitive healer, ritualist and embodied mindfulness practitioner with a deep connection to nature. My work blends modern science with ancient wisdom, offering transformative coaching that helps individuals reconnect with their true nature, inner wisdom and wholeness, empowering them to live their most authentic lives.
Growing up in Poland, surrounded by nature, I developed a profound curiosity about the interconnectedness of all living things. This connection has guided me through a life of exploration, where I’ve sought wisdom from modern science, sacred sites and diverse cultures. My journey has taken me across the world, where I have studied conflict transformation, coaching, ancestral wisdom, shamanic practices and meditation. These experiences have shaped my approach to healing, which focuses on openness, embodiment and the belief that true transformation comes from within.
My Nature Coaching practice integrates Slavic traditions, shamanic wisdom, mindfulness, meditation, Zen Buddhist teachings and modern neuroscience to guide clients through personal transitions, helping them find balance, resilience and purpose. Inspired by the archetype of the wild woman - La Que Sabe - the one who runs with the wolves, who listens to the earth's whispers and who honours the balance between ancient wisdom and modern life - I help others navigate life’s challenges with a deep sense of connection and wholeness.
In my coaching practice, I support individuals through life’s transitions, helping them overcome personal challenges and create lives filled with meaning and connection. Whether through one-on-one coaching, group facilitation or embodied mindfulness practices, I help clients cultivate balance, resilience and a deep sense of purpose.
In times of personal loss and grief I discovered that true healing comes from within and requires courage, openness and vulnerability. And what my experiences taught me is to keep your heart open in the face of hardship, to allow yourself to grieve deeply and heal courageously. Life doesn’t happen to us - it happens for and within us, and in that process, it can crack us open in transformative ways.
I believe that everything we need for healing and growth already exists within us. By tuning into our mind, body and intuition and embracing our nature connection, we can live our full potential in harmony with the world around us.
At N O U S, I support collective growth, healing and transformation through coaching, rituals, mindfulness, meditation and group process work.

Privilege statement: As a white female, I am here in a way that acknowledges the privileges I hold, while also honouring the profound power of healing and the strength of community. I recognise the responsibility this brings to foster genuinely inclusive spaces. I am committed to ongoing learning, anti-racist practice, and holding space for those whose lived experiences differ from mine. I honour the wisdom, resilience and contributions of BIPOC communities and actively invite their voices and perspectives. I strive to create a respectful space where people of all backgrounds and identities feel welcomed and supported, and I express gratitude for those who share their cultural knowledge and stories, recognising the emotional labour this often entails. I deeply respect the native wisdom, ancestral teachings and cultural knowledge from different traditions that inspire and shape my work.

HADIEL HOLAIL MOHAMED
SPACEHOLDER AND WEAVER
:: EARTH ::
I am passionate about transforming systems towards more justice.
By making ideas land and live, by building, weaving, guiding, coaching, feeling, speaking, bridging, curating, holding spaces, being.
My head open for meta perspectives, my heart open to feel and connect and my hands in the earth sowing and planting, sensing from field to body.
Born from an Egyptian father and a half Belgian half Polish mother I have felt a natural deep connection with sisters and brothers from anywhere in the world since I was a child. Coming from a female family being blessed with 5 sisters female energy has always been very present and important to me. Spending long times in nature over the last 25 years deepened and developed my natural sensing with what is around us and the teachings and wisdom it holds.
A great sensitivity for justice has guided my path and also drove me to found Kaira, a Belgian philanthropic fund that supports pioneers in systems transformation with coaching, network and grants. I feel grateful to do this work, to build this community around systems transformation which feels like a calling. Trust and care are at the center of our all partnerships.
In the guidance work I do with changemakers, collectives, companies and organisations I practice deep listening to facilitate making transformations real towards regeneration at all levels. My practice teaches me that transformation happens in relational processes with ourselves, others and nature. That belonging, inter-connection, trust and care are key for a fertile soil for just transformations.
It is with great pleasure that I am in the N O U S community to nurture this space by gently holding changemakers in their being in this world so they can continue to radiate their light, practice, sow their seeds that heal this world.

I carry a muslim name which gives me another experience in written, formal or new contexts and I experience discriminations that come along with that I also acknowledge these. I grew up in a stable warm family not having known scarcity. I am blessed with an able body and I also acknowledge the privileges that come with this.
